What are we looking for in you? * Minimum 4 years of experience as a Java 8 or higher backend developer with Spring. * Advanced experience with relational databases. * Knowledge of unit testing. * Experience mentoring junior profiles. * Proficiency in REST API design and management. * Implementation and use of Kafka. * Practical knowledge of agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe. * English level: B2. **Your responsibilities will include:** * Developing robust and scalable backend services. * Designing, maintaining, and optimizing APIs and integration flows. * Providing technical guidance and support to junior profiles. * Applying best practices in development and quality assurance. * Actively collaborating within agile teams.
