Job Summary: Passporter is seeking an experienced developer to join a travel-spirited team, working on a suite of tools that enhance the travel experience. Key Highlights: 1. You will foster professional growth and experimentation. **About Passporter** Passporter is a **suite of tools that accompanies you through every phase of a trip.** With a community growing day by day, Passporter helps you travel better—making travel easy, simple, and organized. **Want to join the challenge?** We are building a team with a strong travel spirit to scale Passporter and spread our vision of how our software makes travel easy and simple worldwide. **What will you do?** * Work on sprint features. * Collaborate closely with the mobile, UX, and product teams. * Participate in architectural and development decisions. * Contribute to developing additional products to support the company’s strategy. * In the morning, you’ll be in hot hours, doing pair programming from 9:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.; in the afternoon, you can manage your time independently for tasks that don’t require collective decisions. **What do we expect from you?** * Minimum of **4 years of experience in a similar role**. * Apply sound programming practices: Clean Code, TDD, SOLID. * Experience with or interest in eXtreme Programming. * Prior experience working with Kotlin and Compose. * Interest in learning Swift. It would be ideal if you have worked with Kotlin Multiplatform (KotlinMP) and developed iOS apps (or similar frameworks such as Flutter, for example). * Experience integrating and using REST APIs and data models. * Proficiency with version control using GIT. * Knowledge of Scrum / Agile methodologies. * Experience or strong interest in Clean Architecture or Hexagonal Architecture. * Willingness to teach and learn from your team. * Ability to give and receive feedback constructively. * Creativity, initiative, and practicality. * Shared responsibility for code quality. * Enthusiasm for experimentation. * Proactivity in leading or participating in team ceremonies. **Bonus points if…** * You have knowledge of designing and managing automated delivery pipelines (CI/CD). * You have experience as a cross-platform developer and managing app store releases. * You have experience with end-to-end testing using Selenium or similar tools. * You have worked in the travel industry. **What do we offer in return?** * **Indefinite-term, full-time employment contract.** * **Remote work.** Full flexibility to work from home—though if you happen to be in Valencia, you’re welcome to work from our office! * **Flexible schedule:** You may start anytime between 8:00 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. We aim to maintain synergy with the team while respecting our synchronous working hours from 9:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. It is critical to avoid creating bottlenecks or dependencies that could disrupt the team’s workflow. * **23 vacation days \+** Christmas Eve, New Year’s Eve, and your birthday—**fully paid!** * **Freedom** and responsibility **to do your job**, and we want to learn from you. * You’ll join a **flat, self-managed team**, committed to constant communication to solve problems. * **Work\&Travel:** Travel makes us better people and professionals.
