Conditions supporting work-life balance We seek personnel to handle calls from users with diverse needs, including dependent individuals, persons with physical or psychological disabilities, or victims of gender-based violence. The role involves providing emotional support, following established protocols according to alarm type and user profile, and conducting follow-up until each emergency is resolved. Alarms are also received and internal or external resources are mobilized as needed. A university degree in Psychology or Social Work is required; prior experience of at least six months in similar roles is preferred. Holding the Professional Certification for Telecare Call Management and complementary training in gender equality is recommended. For one vacancy, knowledge of Catalan is valued. This is a temporary contract with a 94% workload (7 hours per day) on rotating morning and afternoon shifts.
