The project The company develops and constructs its own projects, enabling holistic site management with absolute focus on execution, planning, costs, quality, and schedule adherence. The selected candidate will play a key role in the evolution of high-volume projects, coordinating contractors, teams, and resources—and directly influencing the final outcome of each development. Your mission You will be responsible for ensuring that construction progresses according to schedule, budget, and quality standards—anticipating potential deviations and guaranteeing efficient execution. Your main responsibilities will include: Planning, developing, and monitoring execution schedules. Supervising actual construction progress and ensuring milestone and deadline compliance. Monitoring budgets and proactively identifying variances. Coordinating and enforcing compliance by contractors and subcontractors. Managing procurement, supplies, and resources required to ensure uninterrupted construction. Coordinating different work packages to avoid interference, delays, and bottlenecks. Resolving operational issues and making on-site decisions. Ensuring quality standards throughout all project phases. Leading teams and professionals from diverse nationalities and cultures. We especially seek a profile with solid experience in production and execution of large-volume residential building projects. We value: A degree in Building Engineering, Technical Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field. More than 5 years’ experience in production, execution, or management of residential construction projects. Experience managing contractors and subcontractors. Proficiency in construction planning, budgetary control, and cost tracking. Familiarity with budgeting, planning, and/or design tools. Ability to work with rigor, autonomy, and results orientation. Stable professional trajectory and continuity across previous projects. An open mindset and capacity to adapt to new cultures and working methods.
