Backed by over 60,000 professionals across 55+ countries and a robust Nearshore model, we connect global capabilities with local trust to deliver real impact, sustainable growth, and high-value outcomes for our clients. **We are looking for: Cloud \& DevOps Engineer (L2/L3 Support)** **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage complex incidents in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP), providing L2/L3 support. * Design, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines and automation processes. * Implement and manage Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) in multi-cloud environments. * Administer access, roles, and permissions across cloud platforms and DevOps tools. * Monitor platforms using observability tools and participate in resolving critical incidents. * Collaborate with development and architecture teams to enhance system stability, performance, and efficiency. **Requirements:** **Mandatory:** * 4–5 years of experience in Cloud and DevOps roles. * Experience with at least one cloud provider (preferably AWS, or Azure/GCP). * Experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, CircleCI, CodePipeline, or others). * Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or CDK). * Solid knowledge of version control with Git (GitHub or Bitbucket). * Demonstrable experience in technical L2/L3 support. * Experience managing users and access (IAM, repositories, and cloud platforms). **Desirable:** * Knowledge of microservices architectures. * Experience with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, ELK). * Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum). * Proficiency with tools such as Jira and Confluence. * Cloud or DevOps certifications (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, Terraform Associate, or others). **We Offer:** * Permanent contract with competitive salary. * Flexible working arrangements and remote work options. * Personalized career development plan and continuous training. * Participation in stable projects with a strong technical component. * Flexible working hours and focus on work-life balance. * Social benefits tailored to your needs.
