




Job Summary: We are seeking a Fishmonger to handle, clean, and cut fish; set up display counters; and advise customers—ensuring product quality and freshness. Key Highlights: 1. Expert handling of fish and display counter setup. 2. Customer advisory to ensure an excellent shopping experience. 3. Collaboration in team management and stock control. As part of the store team and reporting to the Seafood Market Manager, your responsibilities will include: * Perform daily receipt of goods (fish), ensuring incoming quality and freshness standards. * Handle, clean, and cut fish while guaranteeing freshness and quality standards. * Set up the fish display counter so that all varieties are readily accessible. * Recommend, advise, and inform customers about product features to ensure an excellent shopping experience. * Clean, organize, and supervise fish-handling tools and equipment, as well as maintain facilities (chill rooms and sinks). * Collaborate with the Seafood Market Manager in supervising tasks and managing the fishmonger team. * Monitor existing stock, supporting the Seafood Market Manager in conducting inventories and placing orders.
