Job Description **WHAT CHALLENGE ARE WE OFFERING YOU?** At Sopra Steria, we aim to hire a **BPM Process Consultant** to collaborate within a cross-functional team. You will perform a **hybrid business\-technology role**, participating across the entire lifecycle: requirements gathering, BPM modeling, functional definition, and implementation support. Your responsibilities will include: * **Analysis and modeling** of processes using **BPM** 2\.0 * Implementing **automation solutions (Camunda)** * **Defining processes with business stakeholders and collaborating with technical teams** to ensure correct implementation. * **Enterprise process automation** * Continuous interaction with business, architecture, and development teams, acting as a **bridge between functional and technical stakeholders.** Requirements **WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?** * Minimum 4 years’ experience as a BPM Process Consultant * Experience in **process analysis and modeling** * Experience with modeling tools (**Camunda, ARIS, Visio**, etc.) * Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (**Lean, Six Sigma**, etc.) Additional Information **WHAT DO WE OFFER YOU?** * Permanent contract and full-time schedule * Possibility of **remote work.** * 23 vacation days * **Continuous training**: technical, transversal, and language skills.
