We are leaders on digital technology services, and we provide large\-scale technologic solutions to big companies. **What we look for?** We are seeking a Developer Analyst with a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role, specialized in backend development with Java and event-driven architectures. The ideal candidate must have solid experience in: Apache Kafka (advanced level, 5\-6 years) – Mandatory Java 8\+ / J2EE (advanced level) Spring Boot and microservices architecture JPA and persistence frameworks Functional programming Software design and good development practices Testing (TDD/BDD) PostgreSQL, Oracle, and MongoDB databases Agile methodologies (Scrum) English at B2 level or higher. Additional knowledge of Reactive Programming and OpenAPI/OAS3 (API design) will be valued. **Main tasks and accountabilities will be:** Design, develop, and maintain Java-based microservices using Spring Boot. Implement and support event\-driven solutions using Apache Kafka. Develop scalable, robust, and maintainable backend applications following software engineering best practices. Design and optimize the persistence layer using JPA and relational and NoSQL databases. Participate in software architecture and design decisions. Ensure code quality through TDD/BDD practices. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in Agile/Scrum environments. Contribute to continuous improvement and technological evolution of the project. Participate in the 24/7 on-call rotation service, approximately one week every 3–4 months. **What do we expect from you?** Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar development and analysis role. Proven advanced experience in: Apache Kafka Java 8\+ and J2EE Spring Boot JPA Microservices architecture PostgreSQL, Oracle, and MongoDB TDD/BDD testing Solid understanding of software design principles and development best practices. Familiarity with Agile methodologies, especially Scrum. Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams. Good English communication skills (minimum B2\). Willingness to participate in the 24x7 support and on-call model. Additional assets include: Reactive Programming OpenAPI / OAS3 Any other knowledge or experience adding value to the project. **Work Location** 100% remote (Spain) **Work Schedule** Business hours.
