Description
We are seeking analyst-programmers with a disability certificate of 33% or higher. The main responsibility is to independently develop medium-complexity functionalities, covering the entire process from technical analysis to implementation, validation, and deployment. You will also participate in the technical design of solutions, evaluating aspects such as maintainability, scalability, performance, security, and user experience. Close collaboration with product managers, designers, and other teams is required to understand problems and align expectations.
Software quality must be ensured through sound development practices, testing, code reviews, and production monitoring. Technical incidents are also analyzed, resolved, and prevented to maintain system stability. An indefinite-term, full-time contract is offered, with working hours from Monday to Thursday, 09:00–18:30, and Friday, 08:00–15:00\. The annual gross salary is €35,000.
A degree in engineering or a related field is required, along with at least three years of experience in similar roles and an advanced level of English. Solid backend or frontend web development skills are necessary, using technologies such as Java, Angular, and cloud platforms like AWS, as well as CI/CD and monitoring tools such as Datadog. Collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, as well as an ownership mindset and commitment to continuous improvement, are highly valued. The position is based in Madrid.
