




Job Summary: Leads and oversees teams, manages contracts and communications, and ensures successful execution of civil engineering and water projects. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity for development in international projects. **Responsibilities** * Collecting and analyzing documentation to develop strategies for assigned projects. * Preparing technical and economic planning for assigned projects. * Leading and controlling project teams assigned to you. * Managing, supervising, and negotiating EPC contracts with suppliers and subcontractors; during project execution, ensuring compliance with procedures stipulated in such contracts. * Collaborating closely with the procurement department to optimize and supervise resources. * Ensuring the project is executed on time and within the approved budget, meeting technical, safety, and environmental criteria. * Managing communications with official stakeholders: client, administrator, oversight authority, financier, etc. * Managing collections and payments. * Monitoring progress and work quality throughout all execution phases, implementing strategies for problem prevention and resolution. * Tracking monthly closing using progress indicators. * Preparing evaluation and final closure reports. **Requirements** * Engineering degree. * Minimum 10 years’ demonstrable experience in civil engineering, including at least 5 years in water project management. * Experience in international projects; experience in high-growth-potential countries in Sub-Saharan Africa and Latin America is desirable. * Field experience in project execution. * Knowledge of hydraulics and construction. * French and English proficiency at negotiation level is an advantage. * Willingness to travel and/or relocate. * Strategic thinking. * Analytical ability. * Planning and organizational skills. * Negotiation and communication skills.
