We are seeking a responsible, organized, and professionally discreet individual for a part-time administrative assistant position, to be performed on-site. The work is located in the Cuatro Caminos area of Madrid, and the contract is permanent. The main responsibility involves managing sensitive and confidential documentation; therefore, rigor, confidentiality, and professional conduct in daily operations are highly valued.
Key responsibilities include basic administrative tasks, telephone support, document and calendar organization, and direct assistance to management. Additional duties involve database management, record updates, report preparation, administrative support across various departments, and handling both physical and digital correspondence and archiving. Proficiency in office software tools for information management is required.
A minimum qualification of high school diploma or equivalent vocational training is required, along with over one year of prior experience in similar roles and a disability certificate. Solid proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, and Word is mandatory, as well as strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a high sense of responsibility.
