Founded in 1984, Tomillo employs an average of 194 professionals annually—mostly educators, pedagogues, and psychologists—and works with over 350 volunteers. **What will be your responsibilities and duties?** * Conduct assessments and diagnoses of the situation of young people and minors, including evaluation of needs related to technical knowledge and socio-emotional competencies; plan interventions by contributing to the development of the Personalized Support Plan (PAP) * Work with young people and minors—individually and in groups—to develop their technical, personal, and social competencies through educational reinforcement: academic follow-up, monitoring and prevention of absenteeism, guided study sessions, study techniques and habits, academic and vocational guidance, and career orientation. * Carry out periodic and final follow-up and evaluation of minors and families, referring them to necessary resources. * Maintain relationships and collaborations with external stakeholders essential for carrying out activities (educational centers, social services, Child Protection Agency, health centers, etc.) * Collaborate and coordinate with the team to monitor activities. **What do we require?** * Degree in: Pedagogy, Psychopedagogy, or Psychology * Mandatory: Demonstrable experience of at least one year under contract as an educator working with minors and families facing hardship and social risk. * Digital skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office tools; digital tools (CANVA, GENIALLY, KAHOOT, GOOGLE SITE…); and educational platforms. * Leisure and free-time activity leader (desirable) * Languages: English (desirable) * Others: Interest in environmental issues, nature, sports, culture, art, and other activities that foster creativity and the development of personal, social, and civic competencies among beneficiaries. **What do we offer?** * Expected start date: \- Immediate * Remuneration aligned with the Social Action and Intervention Agreement, Group 2. * Full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week, split shifts, and monthly weekend outings. * On non-school days (according to the academic calendar), working hours will be scheduled during morning shifts. * 23 annual vacation days **Profile:** * **Mandatory degree in: Psychology, Pedagogy, or Psychopedagogy** * Mandatory: Demonstrable experience of at least one year under contract as an educator working with minors and families facing hardship and social risk. * Digital skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office tools; digital tools (CANVA, GENIALLY, KAHOOT, GOOGLE SITE…); and educational platforms. * Languages: English (desirable) * Others: Interest in environmental issues, nature, sports, culture, art, and other activities that foster creativity and the development of personal, social, and civic competencies among beneficiaries. **Competencies:** Problem analysis and resolution, Initiative and autonomy, Capacity for learning, Ability to lead initiatives, Organization and planning, Technical and personal reliability, Interpersonal communication, Teamwork, Diplomacy and “professional demeanor” **Level:** Employee **Contract Type:** Full-time **Duration:** Not specified **Salary:** Between €18,001 and €24,000 gross/year **Minimum Education Required:** Bachelor’s degree **Minimum Experience Required:** At least 1 year **Start Date:** 27/02/2026 **Number of Vacancies:** 1
