Focus on welcoming guests and ensuring compliance with regulations At **Panthor Security** (a unit of Panthor Luxe SLU), we are looking to hire an **Access Controller** for a stable position located in the Madrid area. We seek a candidate with a strong service orientation, courtesy, and a positive attitude. We aim to break away from conventional stereotypes: we are looking for an attentive, solution-oriented, and pleasant individual who will serve as the friendly face of security at our facilities. Your main responsibilities: * Managing access control and greeting clients and visitors. * Monitoring adherence to facility rules and regulations. * Direct interaction with national and international visitors. Requirements: * **Mandatory:** Valid official **Access Controller** license/certification. * Highly desirable: Proficiency in **English** (we interact with many foreign clients). * Residency in Madrid or easy commuting access to the city center. * Excellent personal appearance and strong communication skills. Detailed Schedule (25 hours/week): * **Monday to Thursday:** 10:30 PM to 2:30 AM\. * **Friday and Saturday:** 10:30 PM to 3:00 AM\. What We Offer: * Competitive salary: **€10.00 – €11.50 gross/hour**. * Initial 4-month contract to cover a temporary absence, with realistic prospects for extension and conversion to an indefinite-term contract. * Official uniform provided by the company. * Guaranteed timely payment (between the 1st and 5th of each month).
