This team’s mission is to help organizations improve performance through a global portfolio of products and services—including strategic consulting, infrastructure deployment, development and industrialization of analytical models, and training on emerging technologies, among others. The Data Science / AI Engineering team is responsible for designing and deploying advanced Artificial Intelligence solutions, with an increasing focus on Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and intelligent agent systems. We collaborate with organizations across multiple sectors (public administration, industry, banking, tourism, healthcare, sports, etc.) and leverage leading hyperscale cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, among others), applying agile methodologies and engineering best practices to deliver our solutions into production. We seek highly technical profiles with an engineering mindset, strong interest in Generative AI and advanced AI systems, and motivation to keep learning and evolving within a continuously innovative environment. **What Will Your Day-to-Day Look Like?** As an Artificial Intelligence Engineer, you will actively participate in the design, development, optimization, and deployment of AI solutions—with particular emphasis on industrialization and scaling. Your role will focus on building end-to-end AI systems, integrating Machine Learning and Deep Learning models (including LLMs) with robust software architectures, automated pipelines, and MLOps/LLMOps practices. Some typical day-to-day activities may include: * Participating in defining technical AI solution architectures aligned with business requirements and corporate standards. * Designing, training, evaluating, and optimizing Machine Learning and Deep Learning models—including Generative AI models. * Developing LLM-based applications such as RAG systems, intelligent agents, and domain-specific copilots. * Adapting and optimizing LLMs via fine-tuning, adapters (LoRA, PEFT), and inference optimization techniques. * Integrating structured and unstructured knowledge sources (databases, search engines, documents, APIs). * Building and exposing APIs and services that embed LLMs in production environments. * Designing and implementing MLOps/LLMOps practices: deployment, monitoring, observability, cost control, and governance. * Evaluating emerging AI and agent trends, models, and frameworks—and bringing them to production when they deliver value. * Ensuring security, privacy, compliance, and AI Responsibility aspects in LLM-based systems. * Producing documentation and facilitating knowledge transfer to stakeholders. * Delivering technical training on topics within your area of expertise. * Staying up to date with technical tools and industry trends. **And For This, We Believe It Would Be Ideal If You Had…** **Experience** * Required: +2 years of experience in technical roles related to AI, Machine Learning, or AI Engineering, including participation in projects deployed into production. **Education** * Required: University degree in STEM disciplines: engineering, mathematics, physics, etc. * Preferred: Postgraduate qualification specifically in machine learning, artificial intelligence, data science, or related fields (Master’s or PhD). * Preferred: Non-university training in machine learning, data science, or similar—completed individually (e.g., Coursera, EdX, MiriadaX, K-School, etc.). * Preferred: Data Science certifications from major providers (MS Azure, AWS, GCP, IBM, Cloudera, Snowflake, Stratio, etc.). **Technical Knowledge** Required: * Advanced Python programming, Git usage, and sound software development practices. * Practical experience in Machine Learning and Deep Learning (including LLMs). * Proficiency with libraries and frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-Learn. * Development of applications based on prompt engineering, RAG, and LLM workflow orchestration. * Experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, watsonx, or similar.
