The selected individual will be responsible for managing the accounting and administrative operations of property owners' associations, ensuring compliance with tax obligations, preparing budgets, managing collections and payments, as well as producing financial reports, claims handling, incident management, etc. **Main Responsibilities:** Manage and account for financial transactions within property owners' associations. Prepare and present annual financial statements and budgets. Monitor and follow up on receivables and payables, including delinquency management. Assist in organizing property owners' meetings and presenting financial reports. Implement improvements in administrative and accounting processes to enhance efficiency. * Manage incidents and insurance claims. **Requirements:** Degree in Business Administration, Higher Vocational Training in Finance, Accounting, or related field. At least 5 years of prior experience in a similar role, preferably within the property management sector. Strong knowledge of Spanish accounting and tax regulations. Proficiency in property management software such as Gesfincas or equivalent, and Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Ability to work both independently and under pressure, with strong organizational skills.
