As a site supervisor, you will be a key professional in construction project management. Your mission involves supervising and coordinating on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with established quality, safety, and timeline standards. **Key Responsibilities and Functions:** * Faculty direction and technical supervision of construction works. * Monitoring correct execution of works in accordance with design documents, applicable regulations, and technical specifications. * Tracking of schedules, costs, measurements, and work certifications. * Coordination with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients. * Technical support in drafting reports, site meeting minutes, and technical documentation. * Verification of compliance with quality, safety, and health requirements. * Attendance at technical and coordination meetings, both on-site and with clients. * Liaison with clients and project stakeholders. * Preparation of reports and technical documentation related to the project. **Requirements** * Academic qualification: University degree in Industrial Engineering (preferably with specialization in mechanical, electrical, or related fields). * Minimum three years’ experience performing construction direction, coordination, and supervision duties, including interpretation of drawings, materials management, and technical progress monitoring. * Valid driver’s license (Class B1) is mandatory, along with availability for site visits and functional ability to drive. * Strong technical analytical skills and ability to resolve on-site issues. * Knowledge of technical regulations and construction processes. * Experience in supervision and coordination of commissioning tests will be considered an advantage. * Minimum English proficiency level B2, with ability to communicate effectively in technical and professional environments. * Proficiency in standard technical management and control tools (Office, AutoCAD, Presto, Microsoft Project, etc.).
