We have more than 11,000 employees across the group, distributed across 25 countries in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. **Job Description** Devoteam G Cloud is looking for a Looker-oriented GCP Data Engineer to join our company on a permanent basis, with proven experience and autonomy, and at least two years of industry experience. Requirements: * Senior experience working with Looker in complex production environments * Design and management of Looker architectures with multiple instances (dev / pre / prod, multi\-project, multi\-client, etc.) * Extensive LookML experience (refinements, extends, Liquid syntax) * SQL expert, especially in BigQuery; query and cost optimization is essential * Solid knowledge of analytical data modeling (star schema, snowflake, metrics, semantic layers, one big table) * Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for Looker and working with GitHub * Experience with LookML testing, validations, and quality control * Management of releases and versioning of models and dashboards * Concurrent work across multiple environments (development, staging, production) * Definition of modeling standards and best practices * Management of access, roles, and permissions in Looker and BigQuery * Experience in data governance, certified metrics, and single source of truth
