We are looking for a **Security and BCM Specialist** to join our Operations Excellence team. **Key Responsibilities** Security & Loss Prevention * Implement, manage, and evolve the SOC model, ensuring proper monitoring of alarms, incidents, SLAs, and service performance. * Supervise physical and asset security (CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, etc.), driving continuous improvement and technological integration. * Coordinate security vendors and associated services, ensuring compliance with standards and quality levels. * Lead incident management and investigations (theft, losses, fraud, intrusions), identifying root causes and defining corrective actions. * Promote loss prevention and security audits, collaborating with sites and stakeholders to reduce risks and strengthen security culture. Business Continuity Management (BCM) * Support identification and management of risks that could impact operational continuity. * Develop and maintain Business Continuity Plans (BCPs) aligned with corporate standards (ISO 22301). * Contribute to defining recovery strategies and operational resilience. * Participate in crisis simulations, exercises, and critical incident management. * Prepare reporting and track KPIs/actions, driving continuous improvement of the BCM framework. Required Profile: * University degree or equivalent experience/qualification. * Approx. 3+ years’ experience in Security, Loss Prevention, investigations, physical security, incident management, BCM, or related functions. * Experience working with security vendors, CCTV systems, access control, intrusion detection, and remote monitoring models is highly desirable.
