We are seeking a Production Manager to oversee a thermoplastic production line at an automotive company in Loeches. The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating and ensuring the continuous operation of the line, leading the team of operators to guarantee product quality and optimize production. They must also ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, minimize downtime, and maintain operational performance, along with other duties inherent to the position. The contract is full-time, with 40 weekly hours scheduled from Monday to Sunday on a rotating shift basis (morning, afternoon, and night), with working hours between 06:00 and 06:00, including legally mandated breaks. * Minimum 2 years of experience performing similar tasks. * We seek a proactive, organized, and solution-oriented individual. * Proximity of residence to the workplace is desirable. * A vehicle is required for commuting. * Completion of compulsory secondary education (E.S.O.)
