**SELECTION PROCESS TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR A TEMPORARY AUDIOVISUAL TECHNICIAN POSITION AT THE PUBLIC COMPANY EN CLAVE JOVEN, S.L.**
**1\. PURPOSE OF THIS CALL**
This call aims to select an Audiovisual Technician for En Clave Joven, S.L.
Staff hired under these terms will perform the following **FUNCTIONS**, linked to the referenced position, as well as any tasks assigned by their superiors, including the following:
\- Develop professional competencies related to audiovisual production and technical support for company events and services.
\- Plan, implement, and evaluate services carried out according to criteria set by coordinators, technical managers, and company management.
\- Represent the company or the Youth and Childhood Council at events, ceremonies, etc.
\- Supervise work teams composed of junior technicians or collaborating personnel, providing instructions regarding service control in cases of modifications arising from service delivery, and making decisions in unforeseen situations.
\- Prepare reports addressed to clients, beneficiaries, or management.
\- Resolve and intervene at first instance in incidents that may arise during the provision of various services.
\- Organize and archive documents, perform backup copies, and carry out other administrative tasks arising from routine job performance.
\- Execute and participate in designing protocols, technical instructions, objectives, and content specific to different programs, adhering to coordination and/or management guidelines.
\- Solve problems and make decisions concerning one’s own actions or those of others, identifying and following applicable established rules within one’s scope of competence, and consulting coordinators, managers, or management when such decisions have significant implications.
\- Use and maintain audiovisual technology necessary for company operations.
\- Comply with protocols, technical instructions, objectives, content, sessions, etc., according to management/coordinator criteria.
\- Prepare budgets, payment forecasts, and reports affecting one’s department.
\- Update inventory records for equipment, as well as perform maintenance and propose repairs, registration, and decommissioning.
\- Prepare reports and documentation upon management’s request relating to one’s functional responsibilities.
\- Carry out preventive maintenance, repair, and adaptation of company materials and facilities.
\- Comply with the occupational risk prevention plan.
\- Wear the designated work attire for each service.
\- Participate in teamwork, conflict resolution, and develop social skills for the benefit of work and the team.
\- Drive vehicles assigned by the company.
\- Carry out transportation, setup, dismantling, installation, connection, configuration, and maintenance processes for audiovisual systems used in services, activities, events, parties, festivals, or other occasions, verifying correct operation, suitability to requirements, and proper conservation to extend equipment lifespan.
\- Design or develop technical sound projects meeting predefined project requirements and characteristics, while complying with technical and safety regulations.
\- In addition to the above, all tasks and functions implicitly associated with the position must be strictly observed. Generally, any other duties related to the job category and similar to those previously described, assigned by superiors and deemed necessary for service reasons, shall also apply.
**2\. APPLICABLE REGULATIONS**
This call shall be governed by the provisions outlined herein, particularly the following:
\- These terms bind En Clave Joven, S.L. and the Selection Committee responsible for evaluating selection tests, as well as all participants.
\- These terms may not be modified in content, except for deadlines and justified corrections.
\- These terms will be published on the notice boards of the Fuenlabrada City Council, CIFE, and En Clave Joven, S.L., and on the websites: www.juventudfuenla.com and www.indeed.com.
Royal Legislative Decree 2/2015, of 23 October, approving the Consolidated Text of the Workers’ Statute, shall govern employment contracts.
**3\. POSITION CHARACTERISTICS**
: Audiovisual Technician.
: 1
: The standard working week is 35.00 hours, Monday through Sunday, depending on service needs, with rest periods as stipulated by law.
: Temporary replacement (due to temporary incapacity).
: €26,740.00 distributed over 14 payments.
: Immediate.
: Until the temporarily incapacitated person resumes duties.
**4\. APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS**
The following requirements must be met by the application deadline.
**4\.1\. General Requirements**
To participate in the selection tests, applicants must:
a) Hold Spanish nationality, or the nationality of another European Union Member State, European Economic Area State, or another State to which, pursuant to international treaties concluded by the European Union and ratified by Spain, the principle of free movement of workers applies; or be a foreign national legally residing and authorized to work in Spain.
b) Possess functional capacity to perform the required tasks.
c) Be at least 18 years of age and not exceed the mandatory retirement age.
**4\.2\. Specific Requirements:**
· Minimum qualification: Intermediate Technician in Sound, Audiovisuals, Lighting, and/or High School Diploma (Bachillerato).
· Valid Type B driving license.

A worker representative may attend the Committee meetings in an observer capacity.
The Committee shall resolve any incidents arising during the process, assess applicants’ knowledge, merits, and capabilities, and establish the minimum overall score and/or grade required to pass. Evaluations of tests and/or materials shall be conducted anonymously, considering the minimum required level and the level of knowledge demonstrated by applicants. The Committee may enlist specialized members as needed. It may not act unless attended by a majority of its members and may, for justified reasons, modify its composition, duly publishing such changes.
**6\. APPLICATIONS AND DOCUMENTATION**
**6\.1\. Submission of Applications**
Applicants shall submit their applications to the Human Resources Department of EN CLAVE JOVEN, S.L., located at Plaza de España, 1 \- Fuenlabrada (Madrid).

* **Hours**: **9:00–14:00.**
**Application Submission Requirements**:
* Applications must be submitted using the official form (Annex I).
* Incomplete applications or those submitted outside the established timeframe will not be accepted.

**6\.2\. Required Documentation**
a) Documentation to accompany the application includes:
\- **Photocopy of DNI, NIE**, or, where applicable, passport, along with the original for authentication.
\- **Curriculum vitae**, listing dates of studies completed and employment history. When referencing employment contracts, exact start and end dates must be specified. For training periods, start and end dates must be indicated, together with total duration (in hours completed).
\- **Original and photocopy of the minimum qualification required** to participate in this call, or proof of payment of fees for issuance of the corresponding title. For qualifications obtained abroad, a photocopy of the credential certifying recognition in Spain must be submitted, along with, where applicable, a sworn translation. Original documents and photocopies must be provided (photocopies will be certified at the time of registration).
\- **Documents substantiating claimed merits**, for merit evaluation purposes. Original documents and photocopies must be submitted (photocopies will be certified at the time of registration).
Merits claimed without supporting documentary evidence will not be considered, without prejudice to the Committee’s right to request additional documentation if it deems a merit insufficiently substantiated.
Qualifications or certificates will not be accepted unless the original document or an authenticated copy verifying validity and authenticity is submitted.
Certificates for courses or qualifications must always include the number of hours and a valid authenticity verification system—such as a Secure Verification Code (CSV), electronic signature, or seal issued by the competent authority.
Electronically issued certificates lacking a Secure Verification Code (CSV) or equivalent verification system will not be accepted.
