CLARÁ GROUP is seeking a Sales Advisor to join its Rosa Clará Velázquez 58 store (Madrid). **Responsibilities:** * Providing personalized attention to customers throughout all stages of the process (sales and after\-sales). * Driving store sales and helping achieve established targets. * Collaborating in all necessary operations for the proper functioning of the store (order and stock management, preparation and execution of inventories, contact with external suppliers, monitoring of alterations and associated fittings, etc). * Performing tasks related to the process from sale to order delivery. * Maintaining the Visual Standards and Customer Service standards set by the Brand. **Requirements:** * Minimum of 3 years’ proven experience in a similar role; experience in the Bridal Fashion sector is highly valued. * Knowledge of tailoring and experience managing personalized sales (boutique setting) with excellent customer service skills are desirable. * Intermediate level of English is desirable. * Candidates accustomed to working toward goals and incentives. * We seek proactive, solution\-oriented individuals with negotiation, communication, and teamwork skills. * Sensitivity toward product and fashion.
