The primary mission will be to carry out all administrative functions and tasks related to people management within their territorial scope and responsibilities, in accordance with guidelines set by their HR Management Manager, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and correct application of legal regulations. **Responsibilities** ------------- * Payroll management for assigned centers. * Preparation, calculation, and payment of payroll. * Management of wage garnishments and trade union dues. * Drafting and registration of employment contracts. * WINSUITE, RED System, SILTRA, DELTA, and workplace accident reporting via SAP HR. * Drafting of employment contracts, certific@, contrat@. **Education** ------------- * Bachelor’s degree in Labor Relations or Law. **Requirements \- Knowledge** ------------------------------- * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Experience using SAP HR. **Requirements \- Languages** ------------------------- * Intermediate level of English (B2). **Requirements \- Experience** ----------------------------- * Minimum 2 years’ experience as an HR Administration Technician, managing employee rosters of approximately 600 staff. **Requirements \- Skills** ----------------------------- * Ability to satisfactorily assign tasks to one’s team, adapting them to individual profiles and availability. * Flexibility to undertake projects differing widely in origin, size, and importance. * Continuous collaboration with various organizational departments; leading cross-departmental teams without direct reporting lines. * Proactive and solution-oriented attitude when resolving conflicts and demonstrating initiative in task and team management. * Consistent adherence to structured guidelines and orderly processes. **What do we offer you?** * **Indefinite-term contract**: We offer you a long-term project with a leading infrastructure services company. * **Flexibility** to support work-life balance.
