We seek professionals with solid expertise in **CI/CD**, Kubernetes, OpenShift, and automation, capable of working in multi-team environments and supporting organizations migrating to containerized architectures within sovereign cloud infrastructure. * CI/CD practices and tools (GitOps, pipelines, continuous integration and delivery). * Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, Kustomize, and **OpenShift**. * GitOps with **FluxCD or ArgoCD**. * Storage management with **OpenShift Data Foundation (ODF)** and **Ceph**. * Infrastructure-as-code with **Terraform** and **Ansible**. * Scripting in **Bash**, and programming in **Go or Python**. * Management of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL). * Cloud and on-premise environment management with focus on security and scalability. * Monitoring and logging (Prometheus, ELK). * Strong communication and collaboration skills. * Use of tools such as **Git, Jira, and Confluence**. * Knowledge of networking, storage, and datacenter operations. * Experience in security, ISO standards, and TLS certificate management. **What would your responsibilities be?** * **Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines** to optimize development and deployments. * **Install, configure, and administer OpenShift clusters** across diverse environments. * **Deploy and manage ODF and Ceph storage solutions** for persistent workloads. * **Administer Kubernetes, Docker, and OpenShift environments**, ensuring performance and security. * **Automate infrastructure tasks** using Terraform, Ansible, and GitOps tools. * **Monitor system performance**, resolve incidents, and ensure high availability. * **Implement security measures**, manage TLS certificates, and integrate authentication (Keycloak). * **Oversee network, storage, and datacenter operations**, ensuring seamless integration. * **Manage and optimize databases**, such as PostgreSQL and MySQL, in containerized or on-premise environments. * **Develop automations** to eliminate repetitive tasks and improve processes. * **Enhance observability** using Prometheus, ELK, and other logging tools. * **Provide client support**, manage tickets, and participate in follow-up meetings. * **Create technical documentation and share knowledge** with internal teams and clients. **Additionally, we highly value experience and/or knowledge in:** * Multi-tenant environments or mission-critical platforms. * Data sovereignty systems. * OpenShift GitOps, Tekton, or other relevant tools. * Kubernetes, OpenShift, DevOps, or Cloud certifications. * Proficiency in **English**.
