Tecnologías y Servicios Agrarios, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., a subsidiary of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in engineering, consultancy, and technical assistance services in agricultural, livestock, forestry, and environmental matters, seeks to hire 5 Shift Supervisors to support the coordination of a major public administration project in Madrid.

**Functions and Responsibilities**
----------------------
* Supporting the coordination of a group of team supervisors and processing officers
* Quality control of processing activities
* Liaising with the project coordination and management team, and, if necessary, with the client
* Processing files and assisting in the preparation of manuals and reports
* Conducting on-site inspections to verify expenditure, including visits to companies or sales points, and supporting subsidy payment processing, if required
* Identifying resource needs and communicating them to the project management
* Supporting the coordination of telephone or email customer service agents

### **Education**
#### **Qualifications**
* Holding a Bachelor’s Degree, Engineering Degree, Architecture Degree, or Bachelor’s + Official Master’s Degree (MECES Level 3) (degree recognized in Spain or equivalence certificate issued by the General Secretariat of Universities).
### **Prior Experience**
* Minimum 6 months of employment-based experience supporting team leadership
**Merit Criteria (Evaluable)**

### **Prior Experience**
* Between 1 month and 3 years of employment-based experience processing subsidy applications in the automotive sector.
* Between 1 year and 3 years of employment-based experience processing administrative files, particularly those related to subsidies.
### **Other Meritorious Factors**
* Between 7 months and 3 years of employment-based experience supporting team leadership.

* Offered:
+ Fixed-term contract with an estimated duration of 12 months, linked to the execution of the assignment detailed in the publication for the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan or funded by European Union funds.
The initial start date is scheduled for July 2026, with subsequent hires formalized progressively according to project needs.
+ Shift-based working hours: morning shift (7:00–14:30, full-time weekly schedule of 37.5 hours) or afternoon shift (14:30–22:00, full-time weekly schedule of 37.5 hours). No flexible working hours will be permitted.
The shift preference indicated in the registration questionnaire response will not be decisive when assigning shifts; assignments will be based on availability and project needs, respecting the ranking order determined by final scores obtained in the selection process.
