




We are seeking a professional to fill an administrative position. Main responsibilities will include managing and archiving all documentation, both physical and digital. The role also involves drafting reports, letters, and emails, handling telephone inquiries, and organizing schedules, meetings, and appointments. The role further encompasses the company’s accounting and financial management, as well as personnel and labor administration. Additionally, it includes procurement management and supplier relationship management. Proven prior experience in similar administrative functions is required. The position offers an indefinite full-time employment contract, with a flexible working schedule to be agreed upon between 9:00 and 14:00, and from 16:00 to 19:00. Salary will be determined according to the current commercial collective agreement.
