At MAPFRE Global Risks, we are seeking to hire an **Underwriter Operations Analyst** for the Construction and Infrastructure Area, responsible for the operational management and coordination of national and international insurance programs for Large Risks clients.
**Responsibilities**

* Management and analysis of national and international construction and infrastructure insurance operations.
* Operational coordination of international programs with MAPFRE companies, ceding companies, and insurance markets.
* Analysis, registration, and monitoring of insurance operations, ensuring compliance with procedures and quality standards.
* Continuous interaction with Underwriting, Sales, Legal Advisory, Claims, Administration, Clients, and Brokers.
* Ensuring data quality and traceability within corporate systems.
* Participation in cross-functional projects aimed at process improvement, operational efficiency, and digital transformation.
* Support in the development and implementation of new operational procedures and solutions.
**Requirements**
--------------
* University degree, preferably in Engineering, Business Administration and Management (ADE), Economics, Insurance, or related disciplines.
* Prior experience in underwriting, insurance operations, or international program management.
* Experience in construction insurance, infrastructure insurance, or Technical Lines will be especially valued.
* High level of English (minimum C1\).
* Advanced proficiency in office software tools.
* Ability to manage international environments and work with multiple stakeholders.
