IBEROCHINA is seeking a **Systems Operations and Testing Specialist** to support daily ERP system maintenance, user support, and the company's digitalization projects. We are looking for an organized, solution-oriented individual capable of working in an international environment using both Chinese and Spanish. Responsibilities * Manage daily maintenance and user support for the Odoo ERP system, particularly in the Sales, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Accounting modules. * Identify, log, and track incidents, coordinating their resolution with vendors. * Configure and maintain user accounts, permissions, and roles. * Execute system testing, including writing test cases, logging defects, performing regression testing, and supporting UAT testing. * Manage data import, export, cleansing, and basic validation. * Document business processes and write operational manuals. * Train and support internal users. * Participate in process optimization and corporate digitalization projects. Requirements * University degree. * At least one year of experience in ERP or enterprise application support or testing, preferably with Odoo. * Proficiency in **Chinese and Spanish** as working languages. * Knowledge of business processes related to purchasing, warehouse, sales, or finance. * Familiarity with the software testing lifecycle, test case writing, and defect tracking. * Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to learn quickly, sense of responsibility, and execution orientation. Preferred Qualifications * Basic knowledge of PostgreSQL, SQL, or Linux commands. * Experience with Python or Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI or Excel VBA. * Prior experience in logistics, distribution, or warehouse management.
