Description
The job involves operating a bridge crane to move heavy materials within the industrial facility. Daily tasks include loading and unloading steel profiles and other metals, as well as positioning and transporting them throughout the warehouse. You will also be responsible for receiving goods, checking accompanying documentation, and preparing orders according to customer requirements, ensuring all items are properly identified and stored.
An important part of the role is supporting production and cutting lines by delivering raw materials to machines to prevent workflow interruptions. This requires coordination with other teams and clear understanding of daily priorities. At the same time, you must maintain an orderly and clean warehouse, optimizing space usage to facilitate easy material retrieval.
Safety and product care are fundamental. You must comply with occupational health and safety regulations when operating equipment and handling heavy loads to ensure a safe environment for everyone. This position is critical to smooth material flow, and we seek a methodical and responsible individual. The contract is temporary.
A valid and current bridge crane operator license is mandatory. A minimum of 1–2 years’ experience operating such cranes and performing general warehouse duties is required, preferably within the metallurgical, ferrous metallurgy, or heavy construction materials sectors. Certification for operating forklifts and aerial work platforms will be considered a plus. The ideal candidate is a responsible person accustomed to following safety protocols and demonstrating proven ability to work collaboratively in a team.
