Responsibilities and Duties
1\. Receiving and receiving goods
ü Assist in unloading containers and trucks according to supervisor instructions.
ü Inspect the physical condition of goods (damage, moisture, breakage, etc.).
ü Apply labels or references as required and move goods to the assigned storage area.
2\. Inventory storage and organization
ü Place products on shelves or designated areas following order and rotation principles (FIFO, LIFO).
ü Ensure order, cleanliness, and safety in work areas.
ü Assist in warehouse reorganization when necessary.
3\. Order picking
ü Pick products according to order instructions, ensuring accuracy in quantities and item references.
ü Immediately report discrepancies or shortages detected during the process to the supervisor.
4\. Packaging and packing control
ü Perform appropriate packaging for shipment, using materials suitable for the type of goods (plastic, cardboard, fragile labels, etc.).
ü Ensure packaging complies with company-defined safety, presentation, and labeling standards.
5\. Unit counting and control
ü Conduct unit counts during goods receipt, dispatch, and order preparation.
ü Participate in periodic or full inventory counts under the warehouse manager’s instructions.
6\. Loading and dispatching goods
ü Assist in loading transport vehicles for dispatching orders to customers or suppliers.
ü Verify that each order is complete and properly packaged before dispatch.
7\. Use of tools and equipment
ü Operate basic warehouse equipment (manual pallet jacks, cargo carts, label printers).
ü Report any issues related to materials, equipment, or facilities to the supervisor.
8\. Shift attendance recording:
ü Accurately record work shift start and end times, as well as absence periods (lunch, active breaks).
9\. Other assigned tasks
ü Support supplementary logistics tasks as needed or instructed by the supervisor.
ü Comply with warehouse safety protocols and internal regulations.
ü Ensure adherence to occupational health and safety standards.
ü Monitor the good condition of warehouse facilities, equipment, and tools.
ü Apply handling protocols for fragile or hazardous products (if applicable).
Position type: Full-time, Permanent contract
Experience:
* Warehouse management: 2 years (Desirable)
License/Certification:
* Valid driver's license (Mandatory)
* Forklift operator certificate (Desirable)
