**Production Manager** We are seeking a person to manage and coordinate the production department of a pharmaceutical company. Key responsibilities include organizing the manufacturing of bacterial autovaccines according to work orders, drafting and reviewing production and cleaning procedures, and verifying that equipment and processes comply with established standards. The role also involves supervising staff cleaning tasks, collaborating with the technical team to improve current processes, and participating in investigations of quality complaints or deviations. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for reviewing production records, ensuring products are manufactured and stored correctly per documentation, and guaranteeing qualification and maintenance of facilities and equipment within the area. The position offers a Monday-to-Friday schedule from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, facilitating work-life balance, with an indefinite-term contract and immediate incorporation. Salary is negotiable based on experience; knowledge of injectables, vaccines, and autovaccines is highly valued. This is a full-time position.
