We currently operate 8 restaurants in Madrid and continue expanding with new projects and opportunities.
We are now seeking to hire an HR Technician / Payroll Specialist to strengthen our Human Resources team. If you have 1–2 years of experience in personnel administration and payroll processing, and wish to further develop your career within a dynamic and rapidly growing company, this could be your opportunity.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Management of employee onboarding, offboarding, and modifications in the RED system.
* Preparation and review of employment contracts, extensions, and annexes.
* Management of employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
* Calculation and management of severance payments and compensation.
* Preparation and review of payroll records.
* Management and follow-up of payroll-related incidents (sick leave, permits, vacations, absenteeism, etc.).
* Processing and monitoring of Social Security registrations.
* Communication and coordination with the Social Security Administration, SEPE, and other official bodies.
* Resolution of labor-related inquiries from employees and center managers.
* Preparation of reports and support during labor audits.

**Requirements:**

* 1–2 years of experience in a role related to Payroll, Personnel Administration, or Labor Relations.
* Knowledge of the full payroll cycle.
* Experience with IBERPER and MAPAL is desirable.
* Experience managing onboarding, offboarding, hiring, severance payments, and Social Security procedures.
* Knowledge of labor legislation and collective bargaining agreements.
