Job Description

We operate across more than 150 centers and services in areas including mental health, neurorehabilitation, elderly care, dependency support, social emergencies, homelessness, child protection, and social education.
Currently, we are seeking an Educational Technical Assistant to join our CAS MARTINEZ BUJANDA II center for minors with intellectual disabilities, located in El Escorial.
WHAT WILL YOU DO DAILY?
Facilitate group dynamics by assigning tasks to users, ensuring smooth operation and positive coexistence within the center.
Supervise the group to ensure completion of assigned activities and tasks within established timeframes.
Monitor users’ hygiene and dietary habits through active accompaniment.
Support and conduct workshops and group activities.
Provide emotional, verbal, and physical containment to users during episodes of agitation, self-harm, or hetero-aggressive situations.
Accompany users to hospital appointments when referrals occur.
Re-educate users—where appropriate based on their profile and individual characteristics—to normalize everyday aspects of their lives.
During night shifts, conduct room rounds to ensure users adhere to rest schedules.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Education in social fields related to adolescent group management (e.g., Social Education, Social Integration)
In-depth knowledge of your specialty
Experience working with children and/or adolescents
Experience in interdisciplinary teamwork
