Responsibilities include planning and organizing services, managing administration, and implementing protocols. Attention must be paid to users' health, adapting practices to their needs. Internal processes are also supervised—from activity scheduling to facility maintenance—guaranteeing a safe and functional environment. Additionally, coordination with other departments and continuous evaluation of services provided are required. Ensuring compliance with regulations and procedures is essential, and improvements are promoted whenever necessary. Work takes place in an environment dedicated to elderly and dependent individuals, where effective management is key to daily operations and to user and family satisfaction. University degree in Social Work. Master’s degree in Management of Social Services Centers.
