Hipoges delivers solutions across the entire investment lifecycle: * Due diligence and valuation * Transaction closing and restructuring * Amicable loan management / legal management, real estate management, marketing strategy and sales, reporting; portfolio management Within asset management, Hipoges manages a broad range of assets, including residential mortgages, corporate and SME loans, real estate assets, and unsecured loans. **Description** The REO department is responsible for managing and marketing all types of real estate assets handled by Hipoges. It oversees the full property lifecycle—from registration and possession through to asset preparation and subsequent commercialization. **Profile** The Junior Property Manager role is responsible for analyzing and preparing assets to ensure they are ready for commercialization. Key responsibilities include: * Monitoring and controlling compliance with technical specifications, costs, and timelines for construction projects. * Assuming end-to-end management and oversight of corporate or retail portfolio assets from both a technical perspective and as coordinator of facility management companies. * Preparing and monitoring proposals for asset adaptation, maintenance, and capital expenditures (Capex) for corporate or retail portfolios. * Proposing actions to optimize and improve commercialization, energy efficiency, facility reliability, security, etc. * Analyzing land registry notes and cadastral records. * Managing illegal occupations, community matters, and local taxes related to corporate or retail portfolio assets. * Managing rentals of buildings, developments, industrial units, etc. Profile (Requirements) * Minimum 2 years’ experience in real estate asset management, with knowledge of construction project execution, technical expertise in construction, and urban planning. * Technical education related to real estate is highly valued. * Strong communication skills. * Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail. * Proficient user of Excel and PowerPoint. * Minimum English proficiency level C1. **What We Offer?** Join a stable and continuously growing project.
