




Job Summary: We are seeking an Administrative Assistant for accounts receivable management in the automotive sector, responsible for invoice control, account tracking, and client communication to resolve incidents. Key Responsibilities: 1. Invoice collection and billing dispute resolution 2. Customer account tracking and incident resolution 3. Part-time schedule from Monday to Friday, morning shift Administrative Assistant position for accounts receivable management at an automotive-sector company located in Vallecas. Main tasks include: daily monitoring of outstanding invoices (aging), identifying customers with delays or non-payments, tracking customer account status, and contacting them via telephone and email to resolve incidents. Potential invoice errors are also reviewed, along with other duties inherent to the role. Working hours are part-time, 5 hours per day, Monday to Friday, morning shift, from 08:00 to 14:00, including legally mandated breaks. * Prior experience in accounts receivable / debt recovery * Prior experience in invoice disputes and non-payment resolution * Experience in administrative management and billing * Proximity to the workplace is desirable. Fluent written and spoken Spanish * Medium-level Vocational Training (FP Grado Medio) in Administrative Management \- Higher-level Vocational Training (FP Grado Superior) in Administration and Finance
