The professional in this position will be responsible for handling and moving goods—primarily tires—within the warehouse and logistics environment. Responsibilities include organizing the workspace, ensuring that loading and unloading are carried out safely and efficiently, and complying with established material-handling protocols. This role is essential to maintaining the smooth flow of daily operations, directly contributing to the supply chain and achieving operational objectives. The role requires good physical condition and the ability to work as part of a team, coordinating with other departments to optimize logistics processes. The work environment is dynamic, where precision and attention to detail are critical to preventing damage to goods and ensuring safety in all tasks performed. Initiative in proposing improvements to work methods, as well as willingness to adapt to changing production and distribution needs—always within occupational safety regulations—is highly valued. The employee’s contribution is vital to the overall efficiency of operations, consistently and professionally supporting internal logistics and inventory management. Working hours are full-time, totaling 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday, organized into weekly rotating shifts. Salary is determined according to the company’s own collective agreement. Overtime may be required based on operational needs. The work environment is described as youthful, with a positive atmosphere among team members, fostering collaboration and mutual support in daily assigned tasks. At least one year of verifiable experience in goods handling and physically demanding roles is required. Immediate availability for hiring and for working full-time under weekly rotating shifts is mandatory. Possession of a valid driver’s license and forklift operator certification will be viewed favorably, as will having at least primary education. The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong teamwork skills and physical fitness to handle loads.
