Description

This position involves operating reach trucks for logistical management within a warehouse environment. Key responsibilities include moving, placing, and retrieving pallets and goods within storage systems, ensuring order and safety in the area. Work takes place in a dynamic environment requiring constant attention and coordination with other team members to meet productivity goals. Organization and efficiency in load handling are essential for smooth daily operations, where precision in using radio-frequency equipment is critical. This role is central to the internal supply chain, directly contributing to material flow and on-time delivery fulfillment. The operator must maintain high concentration throughout the shift to perform safe movements and prevent incidents. Interaction with other departments—such as order picking or receiving—is frequent to coordinate tasks. The work environment is industrial, with strict safety regulations that must be followed at all times. Adaptability to different types of goods and to changes in logistical planning is a valued aspect of job performance. Salary is set according to the applicable collective bargaining agreement for the sector. Working hours are organized in rotating shifts between morning and afternoon shifts, specifically from 6:00 to 14:00 and from 14:00 to 22:00, Monday through Friday. The minimum educational requirement is completion of primary education, together with a competent level of Spanish.
