**Editorial Production Designer** ======================================= Location: San Fernando de Henares, M, ES, 28830 Salary: N/A Division: English Language Teaching Department: OXED Digital Design & Layout We are seeking an **Editorial Production Designer** to join our team to carry out layout and proofing of content delivered by the Publishing Department, ensuring optimal final output for handover to Production—both in print and digital formats. Key Responsibilities: * Text processing and proofing, image creation and retouching, composition of formulas, tables, and graphics. * Layout for print and digital (HTML, style sheets) using specialized software and web content management systems. * Adapting graphic designs to predefined templates and resources. * Creativity and design: ability to visualize and realize ideas with attention to detail. * Strict adherence to established deadlines. * Preparing and reviewing final deliverables for handover to Production. * Updating and modifying existing products. * Collaborating with the Publishing, Documentation, and Design departments. What We Are Looking For: * Bachelor’s degree or Vocational Training qualification in Graphic Arts. * At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role. * Knowledge of production design and digital content handling. * English proficiency at B2 level. * Technical skills: + Software: InDesign, InCopy, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat + Others: MathType, MathMagic, HTML, CSS, eBooks Work–life balance is highly important to us; therefore, we offer 22 annual vacation days plus additional days off over Christmas.
