This person will be responsible for proactive and reactive maintenance of apartments occupied by guests, ensuring all technical installations function properly. Work will span electrical and appliance repairs, as well as installation and maintenance of HVAC systems and boilers—guaranteeing maximum quality in every intervention. Autonomy, proactivity, and the ability to advise on identifying and resolving technical issues are required. ### **Responsibilities \|** * Diagnose and repair electrical issues in installations and appliances. * Maintain, install, and repair air conditioning and boiler systems. * Perform touch-ups, sealing, cutting, and painting of walls. * Cut, sand, and treat wooden parts (painting, varnishing, etc.). * Assemble and install furniture, decorations, wall coverings, lamps, and other elements. * Collaborate with the Operations team to ensure quality and safety of all technical interventions. ### **About You \|** * 2\-5 years of experience in DIY, assembly, maintenance, and technical repairs. * Solid knowledge of electricity, HVAC (AC), boilers, plumbing, and household appliances. * Ability to work autonomously and under demanding schedules. * Service-oriented, organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated. * Skill in prioritizing tasks and managing multiple incidents simultaneously. ### **Benefits of Life at Ukio \|** * Private health insurance with ALAN * Flexible compensation with Payflow * UKIO Anniversary Gift * Team-building activities and office events * Transport card (transport coverage for travel required for job-related tasks per internal policy) * Office breakfast, fruits, energy bars, coffee/tea, and free popcorn. * International work environment with many different nationalities.
