If you are organized, enthusiastic about learning, and keen to grow within a dynamic environment, we would love to welcome you! **INTERNSHIP / CONCIERGE TRAINEE** **What will you do in this role?** The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering personalized and exclusive service to our VIP customers, managing guest needs, and supporting the coordination of activities and services — an excellent opportunity for those wishing to develop expertise in customer service, hotel management, and gain a unique experience within a prestigious environment. **Your main responsibilities will include:** * Disseminating information about available hotel services, ensuring our guests are fully aware of all offerings. * Managing the hotel’s VIP service, providing exclusive and personalized treatment. * Delivering personalized attention to VIP customers, ensuring their satisfaction and well-being. * Organizing, scheduling, and accompanying various guided tours or Fam Trips, showcasing the best of Madrid and its culture. * Resolving customer complaints or requests, guaranteeing a unique experience. * Maintaining an up-to-date daily log of actions and incidents to ensure service continuity. * Handling telephone inquiries related to the hotel or its events. * Coordinating airport transfers to and from the hotel, as well as other services, ensuring high-quality service for our guests. **What are we looking for?** * Currently pursuing studies in tourism, hospitality, or related fields. + **Mandatory:** ability to sign an internship agreement. * Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written). French knowledge is preferred; other languages are considered an asset. * Excellent communication and customer service skills. * Ability to work in an organized manner and resolve issues promptly. * Proactive attitude and willingness to learn. * Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays. **What do we offer?** * International training environment: Learn from experienced professionals in the hospitality industry. * Internship contract for 6 months, 35 hours per week, Monday to Sunday. * Study allowance \+ meal voucher.
