MASORANGE is a telecommunications company developing connectivity solutions, digital services, and advanced networks for individuals, businesses, and public administrations. The internship will take place in a corporate environment focused on analyzing commercial campaigns, marketing, data, and artificial intelligence applied to process improvement and decision-making.
The internship will be conducted within the **Operations** area, specifically in the **SME \& SoHo** sub-area.
This team works on initiatives targeting the SME segment, with emphasis on commercial campaigns, communications, portfolio analysis, performance tracking, and improving efficiency in commercial execution. The experience will allow interns to learn how commercial campaigns are designed, analyzed, and optimized using data and artificial intelligence.
Training project
The internship will be linked to a project focused on the **development of artificial intelligence agents to interpret returns from commercial campaigns originating from different channels**.
The training objective will be to learn how such returns can be standardized, integrated into analytical systems, and used to enrich value propositions, improve target audience selection, and optimize the efficiency of future commercial campaigns.
Training objectives
During the internship, the intern will be able to:
* Learn to interpret returns from commercial campaigns based on unstructured information from various channels.
* Understand the process of developing AI agents applied to the analysis of commercial texts.
* Comprehend how campaign results are standardized to facilitate comparative channel-by-channel analysis.
* Become familiar with integrating campaign information into data management and analytics systems, such as the Campaign Data Mart (CDM).
* Develop competencies in analyzing the profitability of commercial actions.
* Learn to formulate improvement proposals for campaigns based on return data, including value propositions, segmentation, and targeting.
* Participate—under supervision—in the design and monitoring of pilot campaigns on the portfolio.
* Enhance analytical and synthesis skills, communication of results, teamwork, and initiative.
Planned training activities
The selected candidate will participate—always under guidance and supervision—in activities such as:
* Learning about developing an AI agent to interpret returns from commercial campaigns.
* Training support in transforming free-text inputs into standardized channel-specific outputs.
* Supervised collaboration with BI teams to understand integration of results into the Campaign Data Mart (CDM).
* Guided analysis of campaign returns to identify improvement opportunities in value propositions, segmentation, and target audiences.
* Training participation in designing pilot campaigns and measuring their profitability.
* Supervised monitoring of commercial campaigns on the portfolio.
* Preparation of reports and presentations on pilot results, sales evolution, cross-channel comparisons, and lessons learned.
* Use of Office 365 tools—including Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams—for project analysis, tracking, and communication.
Mentorship and follow-up
The intern will be supported by a specialized company mentor who will facilitate integration into the team and monitor their training progress.
Learning objectives aligned with the training project and the intern’s academic program will be established during the internship. In addition, periodic feedback will be provided to reinforce the acquisition of technical, analytical, commercial, and transversal competencies, ensuring the experience remains fully educational.
