We are looking for a Catering Cook to join one of our centers in Campo de Las Naciones. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, preparing, and presenting meals for large groups, ensuring quality and food safety at all times. **We Offer:** * Full-time schedule of 40 hours per week. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30 to 16:00. * Salary according to the collective catering agreement. * Duration: 6 months, with possibility of renewal. * Opportunity to work in a collaborative and dynamic team. * Join a leading company that values and rewards the effort and dedication of its employees: continuous training plan, social benefits, professional development. * Location: Campo de Las Naciones **Responsibilities:** * Develop preparations, ensure compliance with defined menus and technical specifications, and implement good practices. * Prepare catering services. * Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure proper organization and workflow. * Supervise inventory of ingredients and materials, placing orders when necessary. * Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations – APPCC recordkeeping. * Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks in the work area, and monitor the use of machinery, materials, and equipment. * Train new team members on cooking practices and company procedures.
