We are seeking a Cook for collective catering to join one of our centers in Campo de Las Naciones. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, preparing, and presenting meals for large groups, ensuring quality and food safety at all times. **We Offer:** * Full-time schedule of 35 hours per week. * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:30 AM to 3:30 PM, plus every other weekend. * Salary according to the collective catering agreement. * Duration: 6 months with possibility of renewal. * Opportunity to work in a collaborative and dynamic team. * Join a leading company that values and rewards the effort and dedication of its employees: continuous training plan, social benefits, professional development. * Location: Dehesa de la Villa. **Responsibilities:** * Develop preparations, ensure compliance with defined menus and technical sheets, and implement good practices. * Prepare catering services. * Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure proper organization and workflow. * Supervise ingredient and material inventory, placing orders as needed. * Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations – HACCP recordkeeping. * Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks in the work area, and monitor the use of machinery, materials, and utensils. * Train new team members on kitchen practices and company procedures.
