Your mission will be to **define and execute the company's global procurement and outsourcing strategy**, negotiating strategic agreements, securing key suppliers, and leading the Make or Buy policy in coordination with Operations Management, ensuring competitive costs, quality, delivery times, and innovation across all supply processes. **Who we are?** At **Mtech Group**, we have been designing, developing, and manufacturing **electrical panels** for over 25 years for sectors such as **energy, renewables, rail, and industry**. Our culture is based on **continuous improvement**, **efficiency**, **innovation**, and the **well-being of the people** who are part of the group. **What will you do on a daily basis?** * Design and lead the procurement and outsourcing strategy aligned with the company’s objectives. * + Identify and evaluate strategic national and international suppliers, exploring new collaboration opportunities. + Negotiate framework agreements and contracts that add value in terms of cost, quality, innovation, delivery times, and sustainability. + Define the Make or Buy strategy together with Operations Management, establishing clear criteria for decisions between internal production and outsourcing. + Develop and manage partnership relationships with key suppliers and subcontractors focused on joint innovation and long-term collaboration. + Establish policies and standards for qualification, evaluation, and monitoring of suppliers and subcontractors. + Anticipate risks in the supply chain and propose mitigation plans. + Promote sustainability and social responsibility initiatives within procurement and outsourcing. + Coordinate with Operations, Quality, Finance, and Corporate Development to align strategy with business needs. + Represent the company in strategic negotiations and national and international industry forums. **What are we looking for?** * University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or similar. * + Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic procurement management and outsourcing in industrial, energy, or technology sectors. + Proven experience in negotiating complex contracts and managing relationships with international suppliers and subcontractors. + Fluent English (C1) essential; French or other languages are a plus. + Availability to travel nationally and internationally. + Strategic business vision, analytical skills, negotiation and influencing abilities, and strong results orientation. **What we offer?** * Permanent contract. * Flexible working hours and work-life balance culture. * Collaborative, cross-functional, and dynamic environment. * Join a growing group with great prospects, where we place people at the center of decision-making. * Competitive salary according to your experience and expertise. **Interested?** Apply directly and if you know someone who fits… share it!
