#### **Your Responsibilities** **Mission** Serve as the technical reference for one or more Generative AI projects, leading solution design, coordinating the technical team, and ensuring deliverables meet Paradigma's defined standards for quality, security, and maintainability. You will work closely with Architecture, Platform, and Delivery teams to ensure each solution fully leverages AWS capabilities and foundational models. **Responsibilities within Paradigma Digital** Technical Leadership * Lead Generative AI projects technically. * Translate functional requirements into technical solutions. * Design the specific architecture for each use case. * Coordinate the team's technical work throughout the entire development lifecycle. * Make technical decisions jointly with the Architecture team when necessary. Delivery * Ensure proper execution of projects. * Supervise the technical quality of development. * Review code repositories. * Resolve the team's technical blockers. * Ensure solutions comply with defined standards. Solution Development * Design intelligent assistants, RAG solutions, and agents. * Define integrations with APIs and corporate systems. * Supervise implementation on AWS. * Validate infrastructure configurations and permissions.
