Job Summary: We are seeking a Functional Analyst IT to ensure that engineering teams work with clear, well-configured processes and reliable data in tools such as Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint. Key Responsibilities: 1. Jira configuration and maintenance (workflows, statuses, issue types) 2. Collaboration on simple automations with SharePoint and Power Automate 3. Ability to understand and explain processes in a straightforward manner We are looking for a Functional Analyst IT whose main objective will be to ensure that engineering teams work with **clear, well-configured processes and reliable data** in tools such as **Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint**, supporting the implementation and evolution of the operational model. **Responsibilities:** * Configure and maintain **Jira**: workflows, statuses, issue types, traceability. * Support teams in correctly using the operational model. * Review and improve **data quality** (components, statuses, relationships). * Document processes and create user guides. * Collaborate on **simple automations** with SharePoint and Power Automate. * Work closely with managers and technical teams. **Requirements:** * Practical experience with **Jira / Confluence**. * Regular use of **SharePoint, Office 365, and Excel**. * A **highly organized**, methodical, and detail-oriented profile. * Ability to understand processes and explain them clearly and simply.
