We are looking for a **Regional Manager** based in Madrid who wants to be actively involved in building and growing the project in the capital. This is not a role focused on “maintaining what already exists.” It is an opportunity to **create, structure, and grow together** from day one. **What will you do?** * Lead the opening of the first location in Madrid. * Supervise daily operations and performance results. * Plan schedules and coordinate teams. * Manage revenue, cash registers, and bank accounts. * Train and develop shift supervisors and kitchen managers. * Monitor key costs: labor, inventory, and raw materials. **What do we offer?** * €46,000 gross per year (12 monthly payments). * Flexible working hours and genuine work-life balance. * Initial training in Donostia. * A project with real growth potential in Madrid.
