DESCRIPTION **HSE/QMA Technician (Health, Safety, Environment / Quality and Environmental Management)** At **Grupo Ortiz**, we are looking for an **HSE/QMA Technician** with extensive experience in **hydraulic construction projects**. **Main Responsibilities – Health and Safety** * Monitoring and updating the Health and Safety Plan. * Developing safe work procedures and managing document control on the CAE platform. * Delivering site inductions and supervising on-site safety conditions. * Preparing monitoring reports and managing non-conformities. * Coordinating with the Client, the Safety Coordinator, and the Prevention Service. * Investigating accidents and incidents, and conducting hygiene measurements. * Leading safety meetings with subcontractors. **Main Responsibilities – Quality and Environmental Management (QMA)** * Supervising on-site compliance with Quality and Environmental Management regulations. * Managing documentation and controlling on-site activities. * Preparing monthly monitoring documentation and reports. * Reviewing subcontractor documentation and tracking non-conformities. * Supporting internal and external audits. * Verifying that works are executed according to established Quality procedures. **Requirements** * Education in **Engineering or Technical Architecture**, with advanced training in **Occupational Risk Prevention (ORP) (all three specialties)**. * Prior experience in **hydraulic construction projects**. * Knowledge of current ORP, Quality, and Environmental Management regulations. * Proficiency in CAE platforms. * Work location: **Southern area of the Community of Madrid.** **What We Offer** * Integration into a large-scale project. * Professional stability and career development. * Positive work environment and a safety- and excellence-oriented culture. * Competitive terms based on candidate’s experience.
