Your main responsibilities will be: INSTITUTIONAL: * Represent the Institution within your area of competence or activity. * Support institutional campaigns/activities. * Ensure implementation and compliance with applicable regulations and procedures related to quality, labor, and occupational risk prevention. * Actively participate in and support the development of the corporate annual report. * Actively participate in and support the management and coordination of the volunteer team within your area of activity. * Safeguard the Institution’s positive public image. SPECIFIC: * Support the Management/Delegation, CRJ Council, and volunteer references in planning, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating projects. * Manage and coordinate the team of volunteer reference personnel. * Coordinate internally with other organizational departments and support execution of specific campaigns. * Promote participation in new projects by recruiting volunteers and members for their implementation. * Ensure proper functioning of projects implemented in the Assembly/Zone (resolving incidents, entering data into applications, preparing reports and records, etc.) * Attend periodic working group meetings (Management/Delegation, Council, Autonomous CRJ Team, etc.) * Deliver training activities targeting CRJ volunteers and members. * Establish, jointly with the CRJ Management/Delegation, relationships with other entities, public bodies, and administrations working in youth leisure and free time. * Carry out tasks assigned by the Technical Management/Zone Coordination corresponding to your professional category and level. * Higher vocational training qualification related to leisure and free time and/or the socio\-educational field. * At least 6 months’ experience in leisure and free time. * Leisure and Free Time Monitor qualification. * Experience working with volunteers. * Work with minors in the socioeducational field. * Experience managing and planning educational projects. * Computer skills in Windows environment: Word, Excel, Access, Internet…) We will value… * Leisure and Free Time Coordinator qualification. * Familiarity with Spanish Red Cross applications. * Training and/or experience in managing and planning educational projects. * Knowledge of the organization, especially Spanish Red Cross Youth. * Additional training in the field of minors. * At least 6 months’ experience in participation projects within Spanish Red Cross Youth. * Language skills (English and French). * Being an active volunteer or employee of the Spanish Red Cross, particularly on a part-time contract, or belonging to a vulnerable group under the Spanish Red Cross Employment Plan. * Holding a disability certificate. * Indefinite contract. * 20 hours per week. * Schedule: Monday to Thursday, afternoon shift. * Professional group: Group 3, Level 4. * Gross annual remuneration: €12\.669.12. * Probationary period: as stipulated by law. * Workplace: Sierra Oeste Regional Assembly (Brunete). * Social benefits included in the Spanish Red Cross Madrid Community Collective Agreement and EFR certification. **Profile:** * Higher vocational training qualification related to leisure and free time and/or the socio\-educational field. * At least 6 months’ experience in leisure and free time. * Leisure and Free Time Monitor qualification. * Experience working with volunteers. * Work with minors in the socioeducational field. * Experience managing and planning educational projects. * Computer skills in Windows environment: Word, Excel, Access, Internet…) We will value… * Leisure and Free Time Coordinator qualification. * Familiarity with Spanish Red Cross applications. * Training and/or experience in managing and planning educational projects. * Knowledge of the organization, especially Spanish Red Cross Youth. * Additional training in the field of minors. * At least 6 months’ experience in participation projects within Spanish Red Cross Youth. * Language skills (English and French). * Being an active volunteer or employee of the Spanish Red Cross, particularly on a part-time contract, or belonging to a vulnerable group under the Spanish Red Cross Employment Plan. * Holding a disability certificate. **Competencies:** Problem analysis and resolution, Initiative and autonomy, Ability to lead initiatives, Organization and planning, Interpersonal communication, Teamwork, Negotiation skills **Level:** Employee **Contract Type:** Part-time **Duration:** Indefinite **Salary:** Between €12\.000 and €18\.000 gross/year **Minimum Education:** Higher Vocational Training **Minimum Experience:** At least 1 year **Start Date:** 13/07/2026 **Activity End Date:** 31/08/2026 **Number of Vacancies:** 1
