Your main responsibilities as a Maintenance Technician at Sanitas Mayores will be... Reviewing the execution of work carried out by external companies in the area of external corrective maintenance and improvement investments. Completing all documentation related to potable water, pest control, and other procedures defined in the Management System. Ensuring internal corrective maintenance and other necessary tasks to guarantee the proper functioning of the center. Resolving maintenance-related incidents arising from requests by residents and their families. Implementing the existing internal preventive maintenance plan at Sanitas Mayores. Optimizing the center’s energy consumption (electricity and gas). What do you need? **Education:** Vocational Training or Higher Vocational Training Cycle, plus an electrician, HVAC, or other relevant installer license. **Experience:** At least one year of experience in similar roles. **Other skills and knowledge:** Courageous, empathetic, and responsible professionals.
